Abstract:
The resin composition includes silicon dioxide and a base resin including a polyolefin and has an inorganic filler that has been surface treated by a silane coupling agent. The residual rate of inorganic filler in a freeze-fracture surface R is 50% or more. Here, the residual rate R is determined by formula (1). Formula (1): R = (Df/Dc) × 100 Df is the density of the inorganic filler remaining in the fracture surface of the sheet when a sheet of a resin composition having a base resin and an inorganic filler is formed and the sheet is fractured after being immersed in liquid nitrogen for one hour. Dc is the standard density of the inorganic filler detected in the fracture surface of the sheet when a sheet of resin composition is fractured by a focused ion beam at 24°C without freezing the sheet.
