Abstract:
The present invention improves the performance of a resonance element. A third plane electrode (103) is disposed between a first plane electrode (101) and a second plane electrode (102). A first via electrode (111) connects the first plane electrode (101) and the third plane electrode (103). A second via electrode (112), a third via electrode (113), and a fourth via electrode (114) connect the first plane electrode (101) and the second plane electrode (102). In a planar view of the third plane electrode (103) from the normal direction (Z) to the first plane electrode (101), the third plane electrode (103) includes a first protrusion (Pr11) which overlaps a first region (Rg11) between the second via electrode (112) and the third via electrode (113), and a second protrusion (Pr12) which overlaps a second region (Rg12) between the third via electrode (113) and the fourth via electrode (114).
