Abstract:
The present invention provides a resonant cavity structure comprising: an upper layer in which first and second dielectric layers having different refractive indices are alternately laminated; a lower layer in which the first and second dielectric layers are alternately laminated; and a cavity formed between the upper layer and the lower layer. The cavity includes a wavelength conversion material which absorbs light having a first wavelength and emits light having a second wavelength different from the first wavelength, and the resonant cavity structure is designed to bring the cavity into resonance at the first wavelength and is provided to allow excitation light of the first wavelength to be incident to the bottom of the lower layer.
