Abstract:
The present invention relates to a resorbable barrier membrane using spider fiber for the regeneration of periodontal tissue at a bone defect site, and provides a resorbable barrier membrane which has a low risk of damage due to excellent physical characteristics thereof, improves the working performance of a practitioner, thus enabling stable procedures, and is formed of a natural polymer material having biodegradable properties such as self-degradation or absorption into periodontal tissue. The present invention comprises: a spider fiber layer formed such that spider fiber is woven or braided into a fabric sheet form; a collagen layer stacked on any one surface of the spider fiber layer and comprising collagen as a main component; and a drug layer arranged on at least one surface of the spider fiber layer or the collagen layer.
