Abstract:

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a resource determination method, a resource configuration method, a terminal, and a network side device. The resource determination method comprises: determining a beta_offset set and a beta_offset group in the beta_offset set according to received dynamic signaling; or determining maxCodeRate according to the received dynamic signaling; or determining maxCodeRate according to the location information of the resource transmitting uplink control information, so as to determine the size of the transmission resource occupied by the uplink control information or uplink data information.
