Abstract:
The present application provides a resource determining method and device. The method comprises: a first terminal device determining a first time-frequency resource, wherein the first time-frequency resource comprises a time-frequency resource overlapping with a third time-frequency resource in a second time-frequency resource, the third time-frequency resource is a time-frequency resource allocated to the first terminal device to perform data communication with a network device, and the second time-frequency resource is a time-frequency resource used by a second terminal device to send a measurement signal to a third terminal device; and the first terminal device does not use the first time-frequency resource or the network device to perform data communication.
