A resource indication method and apparatus for realizing resource indication when a DU has a plurality of cells. The method comprises: a first node receiving indication information sent by a second node, wherein the indication information is used for indicating the availability state of a dynamic resource in a first resource corresponding to P cells, the first resource is a transmission resource for communication between the first node and a third node, the second node is an upper-level node of the first node, and the third node is a lower-level node of the first node; and the first node determining, from among N cells included therein, the P cells that are indicated by the indication information, and determining, according to the indication information, the availability state of the dynamic resource in the first resource of the P cells, wherein 1 ≤ P ≤ N.
