Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of textile dyeing apparatuses, and in particular to a retractable supercritical fluid opposite-spraying dyeing device and an opposite-spraying dyeing process, wherein the opposite-spraying dyeing device is composed of a spray dyeing core barrel, a spray dyeing sleeve, a fabric inlet contraction guide plate, a fabric outlet spreading guide plate, a C-shaped ring, an inverted-C-shaped ring, a cloth releasing assembly, a cloth rolling assembly, a core barrel support, a sleeve support, a pipe and a valve. When using the present invention, fabric to be dyed moves in a linear manner in a gap between the spray dyeing core barrel and the spray dyeing sleeve, supercritical fluid, which has no dye or has one or more dyes dissolved therein, is sprayed, in a partition along the axial gap, onto two sides of the fabric to be dyed from a front side and a back side, and said fabric is not subjected to tension, deformation is small and same is not damaged; said fabric is always in dynamic contact with the supercritical fluid, which has no dye or has dye dissolved therein, in a motion channel of the retractable supercritical fluid opposite-spraying dyeing device, such that no dyeing dead zone is present, the levelling performance is good, and color matching is easy; and a labyrinth seal structure has an excellent sealing effect, the technological process is simple and easy, and the production efficiency is high.
