A retrieval method and system for improving performance by a structured information pre-filtering deploy and control library. The system comprises: a retrieval database (1), at least one structural feature recognition module (2a, 2b), a unique feature recognition module (3), a pre-filtering module (4), and a retrieval module (5). The retrieval database (1) comprises a plurality of pieces of data, and each data comprises a unique feature and a structural feature. Retrieval request information (6) is separately input into the structural feature recognition module (2a, 2b) and the unique feature recognition module (3). The structural feature recognition module (2a, 2b) extracts structural information in the retrieval request information (6). The unique feature recognition module (3) extracts unique information in the retrieval request information (6). The pre-filtering module (4) performs pre-filtering on the retrieval database (1) according to the structured information and forms an intermediate database (8). The retrieval module (5) retrieves the intermediate database (8) according to the unique information to form a retrieval result (9). The system can reduce time consumption and a false alarm rate.
