Title:
RHODAMINE-LINKED COMPOUND
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/044872
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a rhodamine-based dye which is capable of suppressing fluorescent yield and forming an aggregate even under low concentration conditions. The present invention pertains to a compound represented by general formula (1). [In general formula (1), R1-R6 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a C1-6 alkyl group, Y1 represents -O- or -NH-, A1 represents a C1-12 linear alkylene group which may have a substituent, the substituent representing a hydroxy group, a C1-6 alkyl group, or a group represented by general formula (2) (in general formula (2), R7 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, Y2 represents -O- or -NH-, and A2 represents a single bond or a C1-6 linear alkylene group), An- represents an anion, and the two R1's, two R2's, two R3's, two R4's, two R5's, two R6's, two Y1's, and two An-'s each represent the same thing.]
