Abstract:
A rice cooker, a rice control method and device, and a storage medium. The rice cooker comprises a pot body (1), a first heating assembly (2), a second heating assembly (3), and a third heating assembly (5). The first heating assembly (2) is located at the bottom of the pot body (1). The second heating assembly (3) is located in the corner region of the bottom and the side of the pot body (1). The third heating assembly (5) is located on the side of the pot body (1). The rice control method comprises: controlling a first heating assembly (2), a second heating assembly (3), and a third heating assembly (5) to heat the upper portion of a rice water mixture, and then heat the lower portion thereof (S101); when the temperature of the rice water mixture reaches a preset first temperature interval, maintaining the temperature for a preset first thermal insulation duration in the first temperature interval (S102); heating the rice water mixture, so that the temperature of the upper portion of the rice water mixture is greater than the temperature of the lower portion thereof (S103); and when the temperature of the rice water mixture reaches a preset second temperature interval, gelatinizing the rice water mixture to obtain the rice (S104). In this way, the water absorption content of the rice can be uniform, the moisture deviation of the rice is reduced, and the rice taste is improved.
