Abstract:
A rice cooling device, comprising a cooling chamber (1). Several rice conveying assemblies are disposed on the cooling chamber (1). A feed port (2) is provided above the conveying head end of the rice conveying assembly located at the top. A discharge port (3) is provided below the conveying tail end of the rice conveying assembly located at the bottom. A refrigeration device, a humidification device, a temperature sensor (4), and a humidity sensor (5) are provided in the cooling chamber (1). The refrigeration device, the humidification device, the temperature sensor (4), and the humidity sensor (5) are all electrically connected to a controller assembly. According to the rice cooling device, the temperature and humidity in the cooling chamber (1) are measured respectively by means of the temperature sensor (4) and the humidity sensor (5), and by means of the refrigeration device and the humidification device, the cooling chamber (1) can maintain a constant temperature and humidity, so that the rice in the cooling chamber (1) can be cooled to a suitable temperature and maintained at a suitable humidity, thereby effectively avoiding cracks on the surface of the rice, and solving the problem of mildew of the rice in a granary or package due to overheating.
