Abstract:
Provided is a rice paddy weed-killing apparatus with which it is possible to further improve rice paddy weed-killing effectiveness. This rice paddy weed-killing apparatus (100) is propelled by an underwater screw propulsion mechanism (40) while floating on water. The screw propulsion mechanism (40) comprises screws (41L, 41R), driving mechanisms (48L, 48R) for driving the screws (41L, 41R), and a control unit (50) for controlling the driving mechanisms (48L, 48R). The control unit (50) executes a transit route management process for moving the rice paddy weed-killing apparatus (100) while keeping a prescribed spacing between passes back and forth across the field.
