A rinsable sanitary appliance includes a sanitary appliance main body (9), a minute extension heating water tank (5) positioned in the sanitary appliance main body (9), and an extended water tank (11) positioned outside the sanitary appliance main body (9). One end of the first vent-pipe (314) of the extended water tank (11) is connected with the extended water tank (11) and positioned in a water inlet region of the extend water tank (11), while the other end is connected with the heating water tank (5). A flow pipe (324), a return pipe (323) and a second vent-pipe (322) are connected with the extended water tank (11), the water spray system and the heating water tank (5). Since the vent-pipes (314, 322) are respectively arranged at the water inlet and the water outlet of the extended water tank (11), the bubbles gathered in the extended water tank (11) can be excluded, thus ensuring that a toilet seat is filled with warm water so as to keep the warmth of the surface of the toilet seat; further more, the volume of the extended water tank (11) can be fully utilized.
