Abstract:
This risk assessment method is for assessing a risk which indicates the possibility of human damage caused by a disaster in each lot obtained by dividing a predetermined region, and comprises: calculating, for each of the lots, vulnerability regarding human damage for each hour on the basis of dynamic region information indicating the states of the respective lots changing at each hour in the future; and assessing the risks in each hour in the future on the basis of the calculated vulnerability of the lots. In addition, this evacuation determination assistance method comprises: assessing, for each of the lots, a risk which indicates the possibility of human damage caused by a disaster in each hour in the future; assessing, for an evacuation unit that includes a portion of the lots and that is provided in the predetermined region, an evacuation stage indicating the stage of necessity for evacuation from the evacuation unit in each hour in the future on the basis of the risks in said portion of the lots; and outputting the assessed evacuation stage.
