Abstract:
A risk transaction processing method and apparatus, and a device. Communication can be initiated to a user being in a risk transaction, security authentication data is sent to a communication peer so as to obtain interaction data fed back by the communication peer on the basis of the security authentication data, and whether the transaction passes security authentication is determined according to the interaction data. Communication can be actively initiated to a user, and security authentication-based interaction data of the user is obtained by means of participation of the user, on the one hand, the user can be warned, whether the transaction passes the security authentication is determined, risks are directly released in the transaction process, the magnitude of manual disposal afterwards is reduced, and the pressure of a server is relieved; and on the other hand, security authentication is further performed on risk transactions to reduce transaction risks.
