Abstract:
The present invention proposes a robot blasting device that automatically recognizes the shape of a product, and a blasting method thereof. The present invention is automatically supplied with a workpiece, and can automatically recognize the shape of the workpiece and then perform a blasting operation by spraying abrasive materials under predetermined conditions on the basis of the recognized shape information. Also, the blasting conditions are set according to the characteristics of the workpiece. Thus, there are the advantages in that the work environment is improved and productivity is enhanced by minimizing the product defect rate and damage to the surface of the workpiece.
