Abstract:
According to the present invention, a B company server acquires, from an A company server, request information indicating a request for requesting an operation of a robot, determines to execute, reserve, or dismiss the request on the basis of first information including the request information when the A company server is confirmed as having an access right for requesting the request information, and transmits, to the robot, instruction information for causing the robot to perform an operation of inducing a user to exercise, after it is determined to execute the request.
