Abstract:
A robot-special flexible clamp allowing automatic and quick change, comprising a gripper connection end and a floating gripper. One end of the gripper connection end is connected to a robot by means of a robot connection flange, and the other end thereof is freely connected to the floating gripper by means of cooperation between a male robot quick changer plate (104) and a female robot quick changer plate (201); the floating gripper is further provided with a quick changer mounting plate (202), a floating mechanism, a cylinder mounting plate (205), a three-claw cylinder (206), and gripper fingers (208); the female robot quick changer plate (201) is mounted on the quick changer mounting plate (202); the quick changer mounting plate (202) is connected to the cylinder mounting plate (205) in a floating manner by means of the floating mechanism; the three-claw cylinder (206) is mounted on the cylinder mounting plate (205); a piston head of the three-claw cylinder (206) is connected to the gripper fingers (208); the gripper fingers (208) are used for clamping a workpiece. Different grippers of a robot are changed by means of an automatic quick changer in order for matched material taking, so that the matching problem between the gripper and a workpiece and the problem that an existing gripper does not have flexibility are solved, and the universality and the clamping effect of the gripper are improved.
