Abstract:
A robustness optimization method for an ultra-high efficiency alternating-current permanent magnet synchronous electric motor. The method comprises the following steps: step one, definition; step two, measurement; step three, analysis; step four, design; and step five, verification. By means of a statistical tool, based on optimization of an electric motor body, uncertain interference in an optimization design of an alternating-current permanent magnet synchronous electric motor is accounted for, the intensity of the uncertain interference on a system performance change is estimated, and the influence of disturbance on a performance index is researched; by means of a descriptive sampling method, the ability of the system performance change is estimated, and random variable samples, which are distributed according to requirements, are extracted to be used for robustness optimization, so that an alternating-current permanent magnet synchronous electric motor designed thereby still maintains a relatively high performance level within a certain disturbance range; and by means of continuous iteration and the introduction of the disturbance, an optimal solution of an optimized variable under the disturbance is found, and the size of the structure of the electric motor with optimal robustness is acquired, so that the influence of uncertain factors, which may be encountered, on the performance of the electric motor can be better coped with.
