Abstract:
Disclosed is a rock core storage cylinder, comprising a rock core cylinder (1), a drilling machine outer cylinder (2), a flap valve (3) and a triggering mechanism, wherein the flap valve (3) comprises a valve seat (31) and a sealing valve flap (32), and the valve seat (31) is coaxially mounted on an inner wall of the drilling machine outer cylinder (2); the triggering mechanism comprises a triggering inner cylinder (52), a triggering block (53) and a triggering spring (51), the triggering block (53) is placed in a through hole in a side wall of the triggering inner cylinder and protrudes out of an inner side wall of the triggering inner cylinder (52), and an outer side wall at the bottom of the rock core cylinder (1) is provided with a protrusion (11) adapted to the triggering block (53); the inner wall of the drilling machine outer cylinder (2) is provided with an avoidance port (24) adapted to the triggering block (53), and the avoidance port (24) is located above the triggering block (53); and a lower end of the triggering inner cylinder (52) cooperates with the valve seat (31) by means of a spigot and socket joint. According to the rock core storage cylinder, the flap valve is used to seal the lower end, the flap valve has a simple structure, and when the valve is open, the sealing valve flap is hidden between the triggering inner cylinder and the drilling machine outer cylinder, such that same saves space, and the limitations on the diameter of a drilled rock core can be eliminated. When the rock core cylinder is lifted up to a certain height, the flap valve is closed and the sealing valve flap is pressed by the triggering inner cylinder that has fallen back, the specific sealing pressure of the valve is increased, and the sealing performance is reliable.
