Abstract:
A roll press device (10) comprises a roll (100), a heat exchange assembly (200) and an adjustment assembly (300). The roll is provided with a roll press surface (110) for rolling a target workpiece. The heat exchange assembly is opposite to the roll press surface and used for adjusting the temperature of the roll press surface. The adjustment assembly is connected to the heat exchange assembly and used for adjusting the position of the heat exchange assembly in the axial direction of the roll so as to adjust the temperature of the roll press surface of the roll in different areas in the axial direction. A roll press system comprises the roll press device, a measuring device (20) and a controller (30). The measuring device is used for measuring the thickness of the rolled target workpiece (500), and is in communication connection with the measuring device and the adjusting assembly. Different areas of the roll press surface in the axial direction expand when heated or contract when cooled according to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, such that the roll gaps in the axial direction of the roll are consistent during rolling, and the thickness of the target workpiece is more consistent.
