Abstract:
A roll riveting machining assembly line for a dish washing machine inner container. The roll riveting machining assembly line comprises a pre-assembling mold (1000) used for pre-assembling a middle plate, a top plate and a bottom plate, a roll riveting machine (3000) used for performing roll riveting operation on a pre-assembled dish washing machine inner container semi-finished product, and a mechanical arm (2000) used for transferring the dish washing machine inner container semi-finished product from the pre-assembling mold to the roll riveting machine; the pre-assembling mold is provided with a first positioning surface (191) for positioning the bottom plate and a second positioning surface (192) for positioning the top plate, the first positioning surface and the second positioning surface are respectively perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and the distance between the first positioning surface and the second positioning surface is adjustable; the mechanical arm comprises a transfer clamp (961), and the transfer clamp is provided with two clamping regions having an adjustable distance; and the roll riveting machine comprises a roll riveting mold and a roll riveting module, and the roll riveting mold is provided with two roll riveting supporting regions having an adjustable distance. The roll riveting machining assembly line for the dish washing machine inner container can adapt to machining of dish washing machine inner containers having middle plates of different heights, and good machining convenience is achieved for the machining of the dish washing machine inner containers.
