A roll screen device 10 comprises: a screen part 12 formed like a sheet; and a holding part that holds the screen part 12. The screen part 12 is provided with a solar battery cell 20, a light reception-side sealing layer 24 formed on a light reception surface 20a of the solar battery cell 20, a light reception-side covering layer 28 formed on the light reception-side sealing layer 24, and light transmission holes 32 formed in the light reception-side covering layer 28.
