Abstract:
A roller exercise equipment comprises a base (110), a turntable (120), two supporting seats (130a, 130b), and two female fastening members (140a, 140b). The base (110) has a first central through hole (112). The turntable (120) can be rotationally connected to the base (110), and has a second central through hole (122), a first diameter (D1), and a second diameter (D2), wherein the first diameter (D1) is perpendicular to the second diameter (D2), and the second central through hole (122) corresponds to the first central through hole (112). Two supporting seats (130a, 130b) are respectively arranged at two ends of the first diameter (D1) and extend and protrude in the direction of a normal (N1) of a top surface (124) of the turntable (120), and two male fastening members (132a, 132b) are provided at the top of the two supporting seats (130a, 130b). The two female fastening members (140a, 140b) are respectively arranged at two ends of the second diameter (D2) and recessed into the top surface (124) of the turntable (120), and the female fastening members (140a, 140b) match the two male fastening members (132a, 132b). By means of the two female fastening members (140a, 140b) and two male fastening members (132a, 132b), a preset assembly can be detachably and securely connected. The invention also comprises a roller exercise equipment assembly.
