Abstract:
A roller surface image capturing apparatus, which is used for acquiring roller surface quality images of operating rollers (1, 2), is configured to be of a closed structure, and is internally provided with a cold circulating apparatus (8). A roller surface image capturing system with a lifting function, the system comprising a roller surface image capturing apparatus (100), and a servo lifting apparatus (200) arranged below the roller surface image capturing apparatus (100). An online roller surface testing system and method for an operating roller, the system comprising a production logistics computer (11), a multifunctional card (12), which is used for receiving information sent by the production logistics computer, a roller surface testing system upper computer (13), which is used for receiving rolling information of the multifunctional card, and controlling a roller surface image capturing apparatus to acquire a roller surface image of an operating roller, and a PLC (14), which is used for receiving the rolling information of the multifunctional card, controlling a servo lifting apparatus to ascend and descend, and controlling a valve apparatus (5) to drive a photographic window guard plate (4) to open and close. By means of the present invention, an online roller surface testing device for an operating roller is effectively protected in a rack of a hot continuous rolling mill having a narrow space.
