Abstract:

Provided is a rolling-straightening machine with which outer-diameter reduction rolling and straightening-rolling of a pipe material or bar material can be carried out rapidly and precisely.　This rolling-straightening machine 1 is equipped with two or more rolls 2a, 2b arranged so as to sandwich therebetween a pass line 5 of a pipe material or bar material, the gap sandwiched between the two or more rolls 2a, 2b being defined by an outer-diameter reduction rolling section 3, the diameter of which decreases from the upstream side to the downstream side of the rolling-straightening machine 1, and a straightening-rolling section 4, which continues from the output side of the outer-diameter reduction rolling section 3 toward the downstream side of the rolling-straightening machine 1. The shapes of the rolls 2a, 2b are configured so as to be symmetrical in the outer-diameter reduction section 3 with respect to the axis of the pass line 5 and are configured so as to be asymmetrical in the straightening-rolling section 4 with respect to the pass line 5 in the outer-diameter reduction section 3.
