Abstract:
Disclosed is a rotary compressor having at least a multi-vane cylinder, the multi-vane cylinder comprising: a cylinder body (5); a plurality of sliding vanes (11) arranged inside the cylinder body (5); a crankshaft (1) and a rotor (3) arranged on the crankshaft (1) and cooperating with a sliding vane (11); a partition disc (9) fixedly connected to the crankshaft (1), the partition disc (9) being used for closing the bottom or the top of the cylinder body (5); and a suction notch (13) provided on an outer circle of the partition disc (9), the suction notch (13) communicating with a working chamber inside the cylinder body (5) when the volume of the working chamber is increased, and the partition disc (9) closing the working chamber when the volume of the working chamber is reduced. The rotary compressor can effectively prevent the reverse flow of the sucked gases inside the multi-vane cylinder, ensuring that all the gases sucked in the multi-vane cylinder are compressed, and effectively expanding the displacement of the rotary compressor.
