Abstract:
A rotary drying device comprises a coal crusher (1), a hoist (2), a high-pressure fan (3), a coal bunker (4), an electric coal feeding vibrator (5), a high-temperature boiling furnace (6), a feeding device (7), a combined material lifting device and X material lifting plate (8), a discharging reamer (9), a KSC air box pulse bag-type dust collector (10), and a dustproof fan (11). The coal crusher (1) is disposed on one side of the hoist (2), and a crushed coal bucket is disposed at an outlet of the coal crusher (1). The coal bunker (4) is disposed at one end of the high-temperature boiling furnace (6). The electric coal feeding vibrator (5) is disposed at one end of the coal bunker (4). The high-temperature boiling furnace (6) is disposed on one side of the combined material lifting device and X material lifting plate (8). The feeding device (7) is disposed at one end of the high-temperature boiling furnace (6). The high-pressure fan (3) is disposed at one end of the high-temperature boiling furnace (6). The discharging reamer (9) is disposed at one end of the KSC air box pulse bag-type dust collector (10). The dustproof fan (11) is disposed on one side of the KSC air box pulse bag-type dust collector (10). In the device, the material lifting plate has a high thermal efficiency, the rotating speed of a motor is proper, a dryer has a strong heat-dissipation capability, and the device is suitable for popularization and use.
