Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a rotary kiln having segmented temperature control capability. The kiln comprises a kiln body, a hot kiln hood, a cold kiln hood, and a base. A drive device is provided between the base and the kiln body. The kiln further comprises a first fuel supply pipe consisting of a supply segment, a connecting segment, and a rotating segment; the supply segment is fixedly provided on the outer side wall of the kiln body; the rotating segment is disposed coaxially with the kiln body, and is connected to a fuel supply source by means of a rotary joint; the supply segment and the rotating segment are communicated with each other by means of the connecting segment. The outer side wall of the kiln body is provided with multiple groups of combustion components, and fuel inlets of the combustion components are connected to the supply segment of the first fuel supply pipe by means of branch pipes, respectively. The kiln can implement segmented temperature control to enable the control of a temperature field in the kiln body to be more precise, and is more convenient to control the temperature field as compared with a conventional rotary kiln, thereby improving heat efficiency and productivity.
