Abstract:
Disclosed is a rotary oven, comprising a box assembly (1), an electrical control assembly, a barbecue rod assembly (8) and an electric motor, wherein the box assembly (1) encloses a heating cavity (100) with an opening at an upper portion; both sides of the heating cavity (100) are provided with a longitudinally distributed heating tube assembly (2) and a reflection plate (3); the bottom of the box assembly (1) is provided with an air inlet hole (18) that is led into a cavity between longitudinal inner and outer side plates of the box assembly (1); the barbecue rod assembly (8) comprises an insertion rod (80), a handle (81) and a positioning stop (82); a front end of the box assembly (1) is provided with a quick coupling (18), and a rear end of the box assembly (1) is provided with a groove (16); a front end of the insertion rod (80) is connected to an output end of the electric motor by means of the quick coupling (18), and a rear end of the insertion rod (80) is connected to the handle (81) and is connected in a lap joint inside the groove (16); the insertion rod (80) is axially limited by the positioning stop (82) and the handle (81); and the barbecue rod assembly (8) and food thereon are driven by the electric motor to rotate, and heat from the heating tube assemblies (2) is directly reflected by the reflection plates (3) onto the food on the barbecue rod assembly (8), so as to implement an automatic rotating efficient barbecue mode.
