Abstract:
A rotary-pressing air pump, a pump body (1) thereof consisting of multiple rotary-pressing cavities (10) having identical structures and are mutually separated and coaxially disposed in a same axial direction, each rotary-pressing cavity being provided with a first air opening (11) and a second air opening (12); a recess (13) is provided on an inner circular surface of the rotary-pressing cavity (10) between the first air opening (11) and the second air opening (12), and provided inside of the recess (13) is a separation block (14) connected to one end of the recess (13) by means of a connection mechanism (15); a rotor (2) consists of a rotating shaft (20) and multiple rotary-pressing wheels (21) having identical structures and are coaxially disposed in a same axial direction and disposed in the corresponding rotary-pressing cavities (10); the rotating shaft (20) and the inner circle of the rotary-pressing cavities (10) are coaxial; the rotary-pressing wheels (21) are eccentrically and fixedly connected to the rotating shaft (20), are distributed symmetrically or evenly, are in contact with and rotatably press on the inner circular surfaces of the rotary-pressing cavities (10), and are coupled to cylinder one (141) on the other end of the separation block (14). The rotary-pressing air pump has multiple rotary-pressing wheels symmetrically or evenly distributed on the rotating shaft, and therefore rotates stably without the need for a balancing block and has a simple structure. In addition, when multiple rotary-pressing air pumps operate simultaneously, compressed air inlets configured separately or in combination can simultaneously compress air toward single or multiple containers, achieving high operation efficiency.
