Abstract:
A rotary type electron beam sterilization device for sterilizing bottles (1), comprising a rack, a first rotary disk (3) and a second rotary disk (4) rotatably arranged on the rack around a first shaft (2), and an electron beam irradiation mechanism (5) provided on the rack. Each bottle (1) comprises a first part (6) and a second part (7) formed by equal division by means of the shaft axis thereof in the radial direction. When the bottles (1) are located on the first rotary disk (3), the first parts (6) are directly irradiated. When the bottles (1) are located on the second rotary disk (4), the second parts (7) are directly irradiated. The device further comprises at least one lifting conveying mechanism and at least one transitional conveying mechanism, or at least two lifting conveying mechanisms provided on the rack. The at least one lifting conveying mechanisms matches with the at least one transitional conveying mechanism, or the at least two lifting conveying mechanisms match with each other to convey the bottles (1) on the first rotary disk (3) into the second rotary disk (4).
