Abstract:
A rotating disc type hot stamping device, comprising a workbench (11). The workbench (11) is provided with a paper inlet end and a paper outlet end which are oppositely arranged in the X-axis direction; at least one hot stamping unit is arranged between the paper inlet end and the paper outlet end; each hot stamping unit comprises a rotating disc (31, 41) and an upper die assembly located above the rotating disc (31, 41); three lower die bases (311, 411) are uniformly arranged on each rotating disc (31, 41) in a circumferential direction; each lower die base (311, 411) is driven by the corresponding rotating disc (31, 41) to sequentially reach a feeding station, a hot stamping station, and a discharging station; the feeding stations and the discharging stations are oppositely arranged in the Y-axis direction of the workbench (11); when the lower die bases (311, 411) reach the hot stamping stations, the lower die bases are located right below the upper die assemblies, and the upper die assemblies can reciprocate in the Z-axis direction and cooperate with the lower die bases (311, 411) to complete hot stamping. The three lower die bases (311, 411) are arranged on each rotating disc (31, 41), so that the feeding process, the hot stamping process, and the discharging process can be carried out simultaneously; the position relation of the mechanisms is compact and reasonable, so that the hot stamping device can achieve efficient and ordered cooperation, thereby reducing the waiting time and improving the hot stamping efficiency.
