Abstract:
The method for manufacturing the rotor housing according to the present invention comprises: a first step of manufacturing a rotor frame 110 made of a plate-shaped metal having a bottom part 111, a side wall part 112 and a plurality of coupling protrusion parts 114A by a continuous pressing process; a second step of providing a coupling member 120 having a plurality of second coupling holes 123 so as to be coupled in the middle of the bottom part 111; a third step of placing the coupling member 120 in the middle of the rotor frame 110 so that the coupling protrusion part 114A penetrates the second coupling hole 123 and protrudes upwardly; and a fourth step of caulking the coupling protrusion part 114A so that the coupling protrusion part 114A pressurizes an upper circumference of the second coupling hole 123.
