Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of permanent magnet motors, and disclosed is a rotor structure of a permanent magnet motor, comprising a magnetizer and permanent magnet groups, wherein the permanent magnet groups are circumferentially arrayed on the magnetizer and divide the magnetizer into an inner-layer magnetic pole of a rotor and an outer-layer magnetic pole of the rotor; the magnetizing directions of the adjacent permanent magnet groups are opposite; each permanent magnet group comprises a left permanent magnet and a right permanent magnet; a gap is formed between the inner end of the left permanent magnet and the inner end of the right permanent magnet; and the outer ends of the left permanent magnets and the right permanent magnets are provided with isolation reinforcing pieces made of a non-magnetic material. The rotor structure is provided with inner and outer magnetic poles; each magnetic pole of the rotor constitutes two magnetic circuits by means of two groups of independent magnetic fields; when the magnetic field of a stator changes, one magnetic field of the magnetic poles of the rotor of the structure is enhanced, while the other magnetic field is reduced. The stator magnetic field drives the rotor to rotate and simultaneously controls the change of the sizes of two magnetic fields of the magnetic poles of the rotor; and the efficiency of the motor is improved by means of the change of the sizes of two magnetic circuits of the rotor.
