Abstract:
The present invention provides a round stick feeding device having sorting and steering functions, comprising a mounting plate, and a sorting module and a steering module which are provided on the mounting plate. The sorting module comprises a feeding hopper, a roller assembly, a stick groove, a cam and a push-out portion, and so on. The steering module is provided opposite to the sorting module along the length direction of the mounting plate, and comprises a triangular support, a guide portion, a steering portion and an output portion; and the guide portion, steering portion and output portion are sequentially arranged on the triangular support or on the mounting plate along the length direction of the mounting plate. Therefore, in the round stick feeding device having sorting and steering functions, by providing a sorting module and a steering module side by side on a mounting plate, the device has a relatively reasonable size; meanwhile, the sorting and steering of round stick materials may be sequentially achieved, which improves the feeding efficiency of the round stick materials.
