Abstract:
Disclosed is a rubber clamp for a rubber blanket cylinder of a circular embossing machine. The rubber clamp comprises a base (1) and wallboards (2) arranged on two sides of the upper portion of the base, wherein an embossing part is arranged between the wallboards, and comprises a front embossing roller (3) on which a metal template is mounted and a rear embossing roller (4) on which a rubber template is detachably mounted, the rubber template being fixed on the peripheral surface of the rear embossing roller by means of the rubber clamp. The rubber clamp comprises a long shaft (5) rotatably arranged on the rear embossing roller, wherein several meshing teeth (6) are in key connection with the long shaft; each meshing tooth comprises a connecting block (7); the connecting block extends obliquely upward to form an arc-shaped pressing part (8); a meshing surface (9) is arranged at the position, opposite the rear embossing roller, of the lower side of the pressing part; and several sawteeth (10) are arranged on the meshing surface. The rubber clamp for a rubber blanket cylinder is convenient to use, and the rubber template is convenient to replace.
