Abstract:
Provided are a rubber composition for a vulcanization bladder having excellent thermal conductivity, and a vulcanization bladder constructed from the rubber composition, wherein the vulcanization bladder makes it possible to improve the vulcanization production efficiency. A rubber composition for a vulcanization bladder containing 20-200 parts by mass of at least one metal filler having a Mohs hardness of 8 or lower and an average particle size of 0.3-50 μm, selected from the group consisting of metal powders, metal oxide powders, metal hydroxide powders, and metal nitride powders, and 20-80 parts by mass of carbon black, per 100 parts by mass of a rubber component including 80 mass% or more of butyl rubber; and a vulcanization bladder constructed from the rubber composition for a vulcanization bladder.
