Abstract:
Provided is a safe and efficient plastic wire packaging machine, comprising a rack (1), a working platform (2) is arranged on the rack (1), a packaging hole (21) is arranged in the center of the working platform (2), an adhesive tape winding device (3) is mounted around the packaging hole (21) on the working platform (2); a mounting bracket (4) which is vertically mounted and can be lifted up and down is arranged on the rear side of the rack (1), a cross beam (41) is arranged forwards at the top of the mounting bracket (4), a plastic wire chuck (411) or a hook is arranged at the bottom of the front end of the cross beam (41); vertical sliding rails (42) are arranged on the two sides of the mounting bracket (4), the vertical sliding rail (42) on each side is positioned on a mounting plate (5) through a plurality of sliding blocks (43); a driving motor (6) and a speed changer (7) are mounted on the rear side of the mounting plate (5), a transmission gear (8) is mounted on an output shaft of the speed changer (7), the transmission gear (8) is in meshed connection with a gear rack (44) on the mounting bracket to drive the mounting bracket (4) to do up-down lifting motion relative to the sliding blocks (43). The packaging machine replaces the lifting of the plastic wire chuck by the lifting of the mounting bracket, so that the packaging machine has the advantages of low overall height, high idle stroke recovery speed, safety in working, long service life and high convenience in later maintenance.
