Abstract:
A safe and energy-saving hydraulic press, comprising: a main cylinder (1), used for meeting the main tonnage requirement; a fast cylinder (2), used for realizing fast slide-down, demolding, and fast return of a sliding block (3); a sliding block (3), both the main cylinder and the fast cylinder being connected to the sliding block; and a counterweight (4), which is connected to the sliding block by means of a lifting execution means. The minimum total weight Tz of a counterweight is equal to the weight Th of the sliding block plus the total weight Tm of molds on the hydraulic press plus a friction force Ts that needs to be overcome during return of the sliding block. The hydraulic press is able to eliminate the self-weight of a sliding block, and reduce a return force, the overall power and the energy consumption, the oil supply quantity of a device, and the overall heat productivity; as the sliding block has an upward movement trend in an initial state, the device safety is greatly improved; the complex safety protection design in mechanical design, electrical programming, and hydraulic design can be omitted.
