Abstract:
A safe hand-pulled vegetable cutter, pertaining to the field of food processing tools. The vegetable cutter comprises a bowl (1); a lid (2) matching the bowl (1); a pull-string drive mechanism (3) installed within the lid (2); and a cutting blade assembly (4) located within the bowl (1) and detachably connected to a driving end of the pull-string drive mechanism (3). A base of the lid (2) is provided with annular skirting (5) disposed at the outer periphery of the cutting blade assembly (4) so as to shield the cutting blade assembly (4). The skirting (5) is located at an inner side of the bowl (1) when the bowl body (1) and the lid (2) are assembled. The cutting blade assembly (4) remains on the lid (2) when the bowl body (1) and the lid (2) are separated. The vegetable cutter lowers the probability of a user making contact with a cutting blade, and improves safety during use. When using the vegetable cutter, a solid food is directly placed at an inner side of the skirting (5) of the lid (2), and the bowl (1) is assembled on the lid (2). The invention facilitates assembly of the vegetable cutter, while improving the convenience and safety of vegetable cutting operations. The cutting blade assembly (4) is also attached to the lid (2) by means of magnetic attraction, thereby achieving more convenient and efficient detachment and attachment of the cutting blade assembly (4).
