Abstract:
The present invention relates to a safety apparatus for preventing vehicle deviation over curbs and protecting pedestrians, wherein linear safety blocks are installed in a linear section, a corner safety block is also installed in a curve section formed between the installed linear safety blocks, and the corner safety block is configured to have a bellows shape so as to prevent pedestrians from slipping and losing their footing, so that pedestrians can be effectively prevented from being injured. In addition, the present invention allows a first connection part of a first cushioning member to protrude upwardly at the time of vehicle collision, to upwardly elevate a first upper plate and a second upper plate of a linear safety block on the basis of a rotation axis, so that a vehicle is prevented from running over a curb and intruding onto a sidewalk due to an accident so as to safely protect pedestrians as well as a driver.
