Abstract:
Disclosed is a safety belt slip-limited buckle, comprising an inserted hook (1), a fixing lower plate (3), a fixing upper plate (4), a sliding block (5), a spring (9), a latch (20), and a sliding pin (19). Two sides of the fixing lower plate (3) are respectively provided with left and right wing plates (15) which are vertically upwards folded, and the fixing upper plate (4) is limited between the two wing plates (15) to the left and right, and is installed on the fixing lower plate (3) in a covering manner, such that the fixing upper and lower plates form an insertion cavity for insertion of the inserted hook (1). The fixing upper plate (4) and the fixing lower plate (3) are respectively provided with upper and lower limitation grooves (10, 11) in forward and backward directions, and the sliding block (5) is provided in the insertion cavity. A rear end of the sliding block (5) abuts against and is connected to the spring (9), and the spring (9) abuts against the fixing upper plate (4) or the fixing lower plate (3); and front portions of the left and right wing plates (15) are both provided with sliding grooves (18), and the two sliding grooves (18) are penetrated by the sliding pin (19). A rear portion of the latch (20) is provided with a latch bayonet (21) for carrying out limitation with an upper limitation block (7); and a middle portion of the latch (20) is provided below the sliding pin (19), and is in a rotation state driven by the sliding pin (19) going up and down in the sliding grooves (18). A front portion of the latch (20) is provided with a latch head (23) which is extended into or released from a corresponding latch through hole (12) in a rotating manner, and an insertion end of the inserted hook (1) is provided with a latch opening (2) corresponding to the latch through hole (12).
