Abstract:
A satellite constellation formation system (600) forms a satellite constellation having a plurality of orbital planes, a plurality of satellites flying at the same average orbital altitude in each orbital plane. A satellite constellation formation unit (11) forms a passing region, in which a space object passes through the orbital altitude of the satellite constellation, prior to the space object passing through the orbital altitude of the satellite constellation from the sky above the satellite constellation. After the space object has passed through the passing region, the satellite constellation formation unit (11) returns the satellite constellation to the state prior to the formation of the passing region.
