Abstract:
The present invention relates to a scale removing device for a pipe line, and more particularly, to a scale removing device for a pipe line comprising: a first moving member (10) having wheels (W1) provided at the ends of a first supporting body (11) in such a manner that the length of the wheels is controlled in the radial direction according to the inner diameter of a pipe line so as to move along the inner surface of the pipe line; a second moving section (20) provided at a position spaced from the first moving member (10) for supporting a side of a rotation block (30) and having wheels (W2) provided at the ends of a second supporting body (21) in such a manner that the length of the wheels is controlled in the radial direction according to the inner diameter of the pipe line so as to move along the inner surface of the pipe line; the rotation block (30) in an angular shape rotatively supported by a supporting block (50) at one side and by the second moving member (20) at the other side and mounted with a lower part of a scale removing section (40) to be fixed and supported thereon; the scale removing section (40) including a pressing unit (45) mounted thereto to be extended from the central axis of the rotation block in the radial direction, and removing scales from the inner surface of the pipe line by means of bites (41) provided at the ends of the pressing unit (45) while rotating together with the rotation block (30); a fixed block (50) fixed to the first moving member (10) at one side and connected with the rotation block (30) at the other side allowing the rotation block (30) to rotate; a driving section (60) for rotating the rotation block (30) by the rotation force of a driving motor (M) fixed to the fixed block (50); and a camera (75) for photographing a pulling means (70) for pulling the first moving member (10) and the state of scale removal of the inner surface of the pipe line.
