Disclosed is a liquid crystal panel (100P1) of a scanned antenna including a transmission/reception region in which a plurality of antenna units (U) are arrayed, and a non-transmission/reception region, the liquid crystal panel comprising: a TFT substrate (101P1) including a first dielectric substrate (1), a TFT that is supported by the first dielectric substrate (1), a gate bus line, a source bus line, and a patch electrode (15); a slot substrate (201P1) including a second dielectric substrate (51), and a slot electrode (55) that is formed on a first principal surface of the second dielectric substrate (51) and has a slot (57) arranged so as to correspond to the patch electrode (15); a liquid crystal layer (LC) provided between the TFT substrate (101P1) and the slot substrate (201P1) and including a plurality of liquid crystal regions (LCr); and a plurality of seal parts (75p1) that respectively surround the plurality of liquid crystal regions (LCr) and that bond the TFT substrate (101P1) and the slot substrate (201P1) together. Each of the plurality of antenna units (U) includes one of the plurality of liquid crystal regions (LCr).
