Abstract:
The present invention relates to a scanner and an electronic device having same. The scanner of the present invention comprises: a mirror rotating around a first axis in a direct manner; a substrate formed on the outer side of the mirror so as to be spaced apart therefrom; first and second mirror support members connected to a first side and a second side of the mirror, respectively; first and second mirror springs connected to the first and second mirror support members, respectively; and a plurality of combs which are formed on the substrate and which supply an electrostatic force-based rotational force to the mirror, wherein the substrate has a first edge and a second edge which is closer to the mirror than to the first edge and which is at a position lower than that of the first edge, and the angle at which optical interference is generated at the second edge is greater than that at the first edge. Therefore, light can be output in both directions of the mirror, thereby enabling wide-angle scanning.
