Abstract:
The present invention relates to a scattering-type garlic sorting apparatus capable of quickly and accurately sorting and separating bruised, damaged or partially rotten low-quality garlic. The present garlic sorting apparatus comprises: a main body (10); a scattering conveyor (20) provided at the main body (10); an upward conveyor (30) provided in correspondence to the lower end of the scattering conveyor (20); an upper camera (40) provided at the upper part between the scattering conveyor (20) and the upward conveyor (30); a lower camera (50) provided at the lower part between the scattering conveyor (20) and the upward conveyor (30); an air spraying and discharging part (60) provided at the upper camera (40); a control part (70) provided at the main body (10); a vibrating dispersion part (80) provided at one side of the main body (10); a defective garlic discharging part (90) provided at the lower part of the air spraying and discharging part (60); and a normal garlic discharging part (100) provided at the other side of the main body (10).
