Abstract:
The present invention is characterized in that: when performing scavenging, a protective gas adjustment device adjusts the pressure value of a protective gas to a prescribed first pressure value, and a pilot air adjustment device adjusts the pilot pressure input to a first air-operated valve so that a first flow passage is opened, and adjusts the pilot pressure input to a second air-operated valve so that a second flow passage is closed; and when scavenging is complete, the protective gas adjustment device adjusts the pressure value of the protective gas to a prescribed second pressure value, and the pilot air adjustment device adjusts the pilot pressure input to the first air-operated valve so that the first flow passage is closed and adjusts the pilot pressure input to the second air-operated valve so that the second flow passage is opened.
